Adobe Flash CS5, and then resized the pics in either Adobe Photoshop CS5 or Photofiltre.

Both Adobe products are available as a free 30 day trial, which you can download from their website (you will need to register before you can download the software).

Just a warning, the Adobe products are not cheap!

And photofiltre is free which you can download:-
