Thanks MarioSimpson1, i will change the title, and i decided to change her dress colours cause in the original pic, the dress was looked very dull, so i changed it to brighter colours, including her hair bow.:)

Sadly, I can't tell who that is. It looks similar to Samantha Stanky, or Mary, but not exactly.
